We arrived around 5:30 and checked through all 3 levels of security before being taken to the crew mess. We introduced ourselves and they invited us to dinner, which we gladly participated in. Over dinner we had a chance to get to know the 3 seafarers who were there (two women and one man).
When the time was right we introduced 3 John 1:12 “Demetrius has received a good testimony from everyone, and from the truth itself; and we testify too, and you know that our testimony is true.” We continued to share scriptures and testimonies to them, and had them read the scripture for themselves along the way. They were all very attentive and appreciated our visit very much.
We finished with Revelation 20:12 “ And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds.” We gave them each a ball cap and prayed for them.
Before we left the ship we took the JW materials on the table, disposing of them with their permission.
We thank God for such a good visit and pray that they will all read the materials in their gifts, and that the Holy Spirit will minister to them as they travel.
