We arrived at the gate at 6 pm, and were greeted by the Palladin security officer. He greeted us and said that they truly appreciate the emails about our upcoming visit ahead of time. After checking into security on the ship Michale took us to the dining hall and crew mess hall. We asked for the captain and it took a while before he came to meet with us. He was apologetic over very few crew available to meet with us because it’s been 8 hours working non-stop to get the crane fixed as they are scheduled to load tomorrow. He then asked the second officer to gather everyone who could meet with us.

Frank started out meeting by sharing the Gospel of the good news outlining the human problem, heaven’s solution, and why we are visiting them to proclaim it. I then shared the gospel in Filipino (Tagalog) and then Frank finished it off, leading them to repentance and accepting Christ as Lord and Saviour. Five crew made commitments to Christ , praise the Lord!

We prayed for each of them, their voyage and their families back home. They gladly accepted the gifts and we left more for the crew who could not meet with us. 

We were leaving the ship at 7:45 and as we were giving our guest IDs to the security on deck, the captain waved at us. The fellow who was taking over deck security waved at us and said, “God Bless you!” We returned the greeting and suspect he too is a believer. We thank God for a good visit this evening.
