We boarded the ship around 5:45 and this time the security guard at the dock, who often gives us difficulty, was not there and therefore we got on the ship without any hassle. We were taken to the crew mess by the deck security officer and waited for a while before one seafarer came in to see us.
We visited with him for a while and then found out that he, and most of the crew, were Catholic. So we shared the true gospel with him along with many testimonies and stories to help him understand how much God loves him and wants to save him. He was very attentive to everything we said and so we prayed with him and for the crew, the voyage, and their families back home.
We were on the ship for about an hour and we thank God that we could visit with this seafarer and that the other members of the crew will have the materials in their gift bags to minister to them. They are now in God’s hands and we are thankful for Him. Praise God!
